At Della, every piece is carefully curated and handled with attention to quality. Kindly read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

We currently do not offer returns or refunds unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or using discount codes are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear images/videos of the product
  • Images of the packaging
  • Images of the courier pouch and shipping label

Claims raised without proper unboxing proof or after the given timeframe may not be accepted.

Once verified by our team, eligible cases may receive:

  • Replacement of the same item, or
  • Store credit at Dellaโ€™s discretion

Refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods are not provided.

Size Exchange Policy

Della offers size exchanges only for eligible products and subject to stock availability.

To request a size exchange, customers must email:

within 7 days of receiving the order.

Email subject format:
EXCHANGE โ€“ Full Name โ€“ Order Number

Customers must mention:

  • Original order number
  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Product name
  • Requested size
  • Reason for exchange

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Exchange requests will not be accepted for items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, alterations, or damage.

Customers are required to self-ship the exchange parcel as reverse pickup is currently unavailable.

The exchanged product will be shipped back one time free of charge. Additional exchanges may incur extra shipping charges.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Customized products, altered items, accessories, intimate wear, and selected pre-order pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Store Credit Policy

Approved credits will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit:

  • Cannot be converted into cash
  • Is non-transferable
  • May not be applicable with additional discounts
  • Has no expiry unless stated otherwise

Important Notes

Slight variations in colour, embroidery, texture, or detailing may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and handcrafted processes. These are not considered defects.

Della reserves the right to reject claims or exchange requests that do not meet our policy guidelines.
