Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping within India is charged at ₹100.
  • Express Shipping is charged at ₹350 and is available only for selected cities and serviceable locations.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard shipping usually takes approximately 7–15 working days.
  • Express shipping timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier availability.
  • Working days do not include weekends, public holidays, or unexpected courier delays.

Same Day Delivery

Same Day Delivery is available on a limited basis through third-party delivery partners such as Porter, WeFast, and similar courier services.

Availability depends on:

  • Courier partner availability
  • Pickup timings
  • Serviceable delivery location
  • Weather and operational conditions

Once your order is placed, our team will verify whether same day delivery is available for your address and confirm accordingly.

If same day delivery is unavailable, the order will either:

  • Be shipped the next working day, or
  • Be processed through standard shipping

In such cases, the additional same day delivery fee will be partially refunded while standard shipping charges will be retained.

Same Day Delivery is not available on Sundays or national holidays.

Pre-Order Products

Certain Della styles are available on a pre-order basis.

Estimated dispatch or delivery timelines for pre-order pieces are approximately 18–30 working days excluding weekends and holidays.

Pre-order timelines may occasionally extend due to:

  • Production schedules
  • Fabric availability
  • Festive periods
  • High order volumes
  • Unforeseen operational delays

By placing a pre-order, customers agree to the mentioned timelines and understand that slight delays may occur in rare cases.

However, our team always aims to dispatch orders as early as possible whenever feasible.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp wherever applicable.

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but the parcel has not been received, customers must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

Requests raised after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details while placing the order.

Della will not be responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact details
  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes
  • Customs clearance
  • Other unforeseen logistical issues

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the shipping address or delivery instructions may not be possible.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges depending on the destination country.

Any such additional charges must be borne solely by the customer.
